The following is the quick interview with the talented designer by Jessica Minh Anh

Jessica: What is your inspirateasok inspiration from a recent film (Robin Hood) that i watched whilst flying back from Asia. I was inspired by the medival costumes that were used in the film
Jessica: And I noticed the impressive crowns on the models
Marjan: Exactly, we wanted to show the royal vibe of the medival period. Women were seen to be very innocent and soft wearing lots of pearls. At the same time I wanted to add a modern twist into the collection so I used a lot of unusual fabrics like rubbers with nail print and old style embroideries
Jessica: I know that you’ve travelled the world. Which would you say is your favourite country?
Marjan: This is hard. I am discovering China and Japan and I think they are amazing. I also lived in Bali and it’s very beautiful.at is your inspirateasok inspiration from a recent film (Robin Hood) that i watched whilst flying back from Asia. Jessica: I totally agree, I used to live in Malaysia which is very near there.
Marjan: So you speak Bahasa Malaysia?
Jessica: Yes ‘Saya suka baju KTZ’ (I love KTZ dresses)
Marjan: (laugh) You should definitely come to Kokon to Zai shop in London as there are many dresses to choose from.
Jessica: I sure will, and I heard your designs are affordable enough to reach a large audience
Marjan: You heard correct. Yet they have intellectual elements with a more elite appeal
Jessica: A mix of couture and street?
Marjan: Yes, and for someone who possesses true individual style
Jessica: Thank you very much the interview
Marjan: Thank you, and hope to see you again soon! (smile)
